Wow, Mike did an incredible job!

He was thorough and scoped our entire sewer line, explaining everything he observed in detail. He marked all the major and minor issues that needed attention and helped me understand what I was looking at. Mike even provided a video for my records and shared his findings directly with my General Contractor.

I was super impressed by his professionalism, clear communication, and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend their service!

Mike did a great job locating the sewer lines (yes, there were multiple lines) in our front yard in advance of a construction project we are doing. Mike did a very thorough job and had the right equipment for each size sewer line. He took the extra time to do the job completely even though one drain was difficult to get a probe into. Knowing where the lines are and more importantly how deep they are will make it easy to avoid the lines during construction.

Robert was amazing. We had to do a pretty difficult sewer scope since the clean out wasn’t available on this home. He tried on two different points on the roof to access the sewer and since that wasn’t possible due to the sheer amount of turns and angles he crawled under the house and found an access point. Even this one wasn’t that easy but he managed to get there. As a bonus he also located the clean out, which was buried outside. I highly recommend them since they went above and beyond. A different company I talked to before and came out didn’t give me the same service and would charge me 5x as much to pull a toilet. Mike should be super happy with an employee like Robert! If you need a sewer scope in king county, they are the best!
