Mike came out to do a sewer scope on the house we are purchasing. He was able to squeeze us in last minute during the short turn around time for the inspection during our offer after our home inspector recommended it be checked due to trees in our yard. Mike was prompt and thorough. He scoped under the house and out to the main sewer line. The report he provided gave us the full location of the line as well as the depth of the pipes. He identified an area that would need some minor repair in our crawl space and since it was easily viewable was able to include photos with the report to provide to the plumber who makes the repair. With those trees we do expect to have to scope again in the future and will be using this company.

This is a 5-star business through and through. I originally had them conduct a scope of my main line 5 years ago when the house was purchased. They recommended another in 5 years to be sure something wasn’t getting worse. Mike came out last week and showed up promptly. He was professional and let me ask a million questions. He also helped me identify a drain line coming from my unfinished basement. At the end of all of it, this company provides you with an extremely detailed report of their findings along with video.
